Do you take meds? If you do, I think they need to be adjusted, no offense. Talk therapy has helped me a lot with irrational fears. You can take control over your fears once you learn how to slow down, step back and examine them rationally. Sometimes someone needs to tell you how to do that.
Also,,,a lot of people think agoraphobia is when you don't come out of your house and that's all. It's also a fear of being in a situation where you're not in control, or can't get out of or can't get help. Kind of sounds like the driving thing.

Well You're no longer lost, I just found you, I'm here, and we're safe and in a good place, therefore fear not! I get you, but in my case I know that even though the world around me is reeking havoc amongst us, I choose to fear not! As a people we are not of this world, and thats why you,re so uncomfortable in this world, Don't let this world trick you into believing you're crazy, because you're not, you are alive and well, and the world knows that about you, and its more afraid of you than you know, its bullying you, dont believe the hype, you're in control! Therfore take control over all of your fears, and live Baby live!
