Anemia & Von Willie Brands

Hi, I was diagnosed with Iron Deficiency Anemia and type 1 Von Willie Brands disease about a year ago. Back in April I have very low iron and my hemoglobin count was 6 something. Lately, well for the past few weeks I've been feeling very weak, tired and irritable, and sometimes I crazy non food substances. My only dilemma is I don't have contact with my doctor because I temporarily moved to the UK. Being as though I'm considered a visitor, I can't go see a doctor. Should I go to emergency, or will I be ok for another 2 months before I return back to the US?
