Post Accoustic neuroma recovery

My father has had a Accoustic neuroma removal operation on 13 of Aug'07 . He had a hemmoragic stroke on the same night after the opration. He still has problems in drinking water his swallowinfg od solids has improved now. Does the 9th and 10th  regenrate and will his swallowing problem be sorted out. He also hasbalancing problem and he nce is not able to walk on his own. He has a trasraphy in the right eye as he has right side partial paralysis due to the stroke. Would removing the tarsraphy help him get his balance in walking . He exercises 2 hrs a daya and his miscles are ok and good.

I am sorry to hear about your father.
Is he taking physical and occupation therapy and has he seen a speech therapist?

I am sorry but I cannot understand "trasraphy" or "tarsaphy" in regards to his eye.

Has he been to a doctor and has the doctor commented on the nerved? Have you consulted with another specialist for another opinion? I had a friend with these.
