So do I have a Brain Tumor or Brain Cancer?

Here I go again. Well it started back in 2003, the extreme pain throughout my body,headaches, numbness and tingling sensation. Been to many many doctors. Had blood tests (genetic, and the usual stuff), x-rays (neck,spine, ankles, elbows, knees, lower back,etc)., MRI on scrotum and abdominal, etc. Was given medication for the pain. But I wanted to find the cause of my pain, not just masked it. No one could tell me a definite reason why I was experiencing all these issues. Now flash forward to the year 2009, one day I woke up with a headache and earache (mostly earache as a matter of fact) with some deafness and eventual ringing  that I have never experience before. I went to my company doctor and was given antibiotics. She suspected that I had indeed had an inner ear infection. This help somewhat, however, but the pain, ringing and muffled hearing persisted. So I then went to my VA doctor and she prescribed me more anti-biotic medication for the inner ear infection. I also saw a ENT and had my left ear cleaned. However, the issue still persisted. When I first got the pain, I actually felt the pain traveled from my left ear down my throat, over my head to right ear. It was a strange feeling. Its been almost a year or more since I have had this issue with my ear. The headaches has gotten some worst, however, they come and go. Now I feel discomfort and pain in my throat, jaw,and mostly on the left side of my head. This of course is in addition to the other pain that I have been experiencing for the past 7 years. Anyhow, I made an appointment to see a neurologist. I am taking my health in my own hands, since these doctors are not believing me, or because I am a man that I should suck this up and stop whining. Also, I will changing to a different doctor.  I forgot to mention that the pain goes away when I sleep and have never awakens me. I do feel nauseated sometime. And lately, I have been noticing that after I eat, I can feel my metabolism activate. My body heats up. Other than that I did not lose any noticeable weight without trying. I was 245 and now I am 237 from exercising, running,etc. Lastly, I notice that when I got the infection my left ear stop producing wax. However, lately it began to produce wax.

So my question to you expert are who may have personal experience and insight is....

Is a brain tumor or is it brain cancer?

P.S. Recently had blood work and every thing came back normal. And I do have high blood pressure, but take medication for it.

An eye exam can tell a lot - changes there are often indicative of tumors if you are worried.
