two months a go this is what Dr.'s read on my MRI.one month from now I'm going to go have a consultation at UCLA.I still would like to know more and I have been feeling ill and,my lower back on left side is in horrific pain as well as the right side of my chest,neck,and shoulder also on right side

What I read is that they cause headaches, so you need to follow up on the other pains. I am not sure of the location of your lesion that may be causing the other pains but I would go see your regular doctor at least for a follow up and see what they say.
