are cyst on the brain the same as tumurs, i found out i have 2 cyst, been there since birth, having some symptoms the nueroligist thought it was from some leissons they found along with the cyst, so far the test for the lessions are coming back normal as for the cyst dont know what they are planning so far she tells me they arent going to touch them, but if the lessions arent causing the symptoms why arent they focusing on the cyst.

They are not the same. Cysts are usually fluid filled while adenomas or tumors are solid and can be benign or cancerous. Still, depending on size or location - anything can cause symptoms and issues.

Make sure you get copies of the reports and learn up. If your doctor is not an expert on your type of cyst/lesion, seek out another opinion and see if that makes you feel more at ease.
