Celiace disease questions :)

Hi i have celiac disease and ive had it for almost 5 years and im 14. Sometimes when i go out to eat i ask if foods are gluten free and they say they are but then i go online i find out they arent after i eat it. That the cheifs and waitors lied, is that illegal? Plus ive done some research on celiac disease and they had some crazy symptoms like fatique, bone loss, etc. When i do eat gluten by accident i have horrible stomach pains and rarely pass out. But im always tired 24/7. Is this part of celiace disease or do i have something else too? Please help :)
