Help...Do you think this is actually celiac?

My sister is 16, for the last 2.5 years she has been bloating after eating almost anything. She had to gastroscopies and multiple rounds of blood tests and has given samples left right and centre. She was found to have celiac disease. My mom is crazy about cross contamination and makes sure her food is even stored in separate cupboards and drawers! The poor kid cannot even look at food or anything without having to run to the washroom to throw up. She constantly looks like she is 9 months pregnant. She has spend hours upon hours in the childrens hospital in Calgary with different specialists, none of whom have been able to find anything wrong with her and one who had the nerve to flat out call her fat instead of asking if she could have gained weight! We need to fix her! It breaks my heart to watch her to be able to live as a normal 16 year old and cry constantly about how "fat" she is and not want to eat because she is so bloated all the time. She honestly looks pregnant. We are desperate for some help and some answers. She has an abdominal ultrasound two weeks ago that showed hepatomegaly so they are now finally after two years sending her for a CT scan! Pretty pathetic it takes making a kid cry to get action around here. My family are at a loss. We are to the point of transferring her medical records to the Mayo Clinic in Michigan to see if they have any answers. Oh and not to mention that with celiacs the lack of absoption of Calcium and vitamin D led to her breaking her pelvis once, and an orthopedic surgeon who was too stubborn to admit he didn't know how to fix an injury like hers lead to breaking it a second time! And when I mean break I mean tearing her hamstring off the back of her leg and pulling a piece of bone off the bottom of her pelvis with it. Unbelievable hey? I would not have believed it if I wouldn't have seen the CT myself! This kid has gone through hell and I'm at a loss. I have done hours of research as have my parents and our regular MD. Any ideas? Suggestions? We are open to anything? She has been in physio for 2 years for her pelvis, she has seen a naturopath, an orthopedic surgeon, a urologist ( I won't even get into that), a gynecologist (or this), a pediatrician, a dietician, a gastroenterologist, a pediatric gastroenterologist and is now going to a pediatric orthopedic surgeon after 2 years. Please...if you have any ideas...they would be much appreciated. I'm so sick of watching her suffer.

I would try asking some of the experts on the different expert forums.  The doctor on the emotional eating expert forum may be able to offer some advice especially as your sister can't even look at food without throwing up.  He may not be able to help but he may be able to tell you where to go to get help.
