Tiny bit worried about my eyesight

My glasses are less than 1 year old and today at the midterm I had couldn't read what the teacher wrote under the extra credit question from my seat. All I saw where the parenthesis. I sit in front row but the last section because the height of the computers are a bit taller (gotta love the ada act) but his handwriting was smaller than usual. The classroom has 5 rows. I wasn't that far away from the word and I couldn't see the letters. When I got up closer I found out it say (integers) basically they were modular (remainder) division of integers. I'm worried that my sight is going faster than before. Should I worry?

I don't know about the connective tissue disorder but my eye doctor when I told him I was diagnosed with cm started speaking about eye problems I never heard of with patients with cm. According to my last visit my eyes have more visible vains (i'm not sure if I said that right) and in a weird pattern but it was 20 20 with glasses.

I had a sudden decline in vision about 6 months ago, but mine is double vision.  I now have reading glasses that have a prism in them to correct the double vision and they are great.  Be sure to have a thorough eye exam from a good eye doc...some eye docs rush through exams to meet quotas (especially if they are working for a chain establishment). I also have a connective tissue disorder which is affecting my ability to converge my eyes on close objects.  Plus, a lot of eye docs are not familiar with Chiari or connective tissue disorders...so don't be afraid to ask if they know about it and how it can affect the eyes.

TO: insita: My blurred vision is without glasses.
To: Rylanesmom: Currently I'm in the works at getting the Specialist ns. My problem is my insurance won't pay for eye exam, and I'm trying to figure out if I should have another one.

Nsalem have you had surgery?  I would talk to our NS as every time I go in they check my idiom out to the sides and yes chiari can affect our vision.  (along with some related disorders)  Screening by a chiari specialist would include a check by an optical neurologist too.
