speech delay and motor skills

My five year old daughter is receiving speech and occupational therapy for her delay in both, although she as never been diagnosed with any specific condition or disorder.  She began to babble her first incomplete words when she was close  to being 3, and she has been evalated by her ped, a neurologist and an ortoped.  All test run are normal, then I must ask hy does she continues with the delay in speech and motor skills, why is it difficult for her to understand constructive instructions or commands, why is it dificukt for her to integrate in unknow places, losing something is very significantg for her, among other stuff.....  is there something else I need to do, is there another doctor I should visit, what can be a possible diagnose.  Please help

Try going to a developmental pediatrician.  They are specialists in development of children.  If you don't have top notch ones close to your house, drive to a city nearby and find a specialist there that takes your insurance.  Finding a doctor who is good and cares about your child is important.  Just an FYI, developmental pediatricians who are good can have a wait list of 4 to 6 months to get in.  We're in the process of waiting for our child.
