had colon polyps removed last yr

Hello anyone!
I had a ct scan done and i just got results back and i was wondering if someone could please help. The scan showed retropetrineol lymph nodes.  My gyn/onc was looking for ovarian cancer becuz of the symptoms bloating gas nausea feeling full abdominal lower pain pressure in rectum with small clots after. I had a colon and had polyps removed which were begnin last yr. Can polyps grown back within a year? I also had them in my stomache.  My brother has had polpys removed also. I feels like something is poking up there. any advice would be greatly appreciated
