Wisdom teeth

I have my four wisdom teeth the two top ones are impacted and the bottom left side is impacted to. The right side is out and its causing my molar to hurt because its pushing it. Can you tell me what to take for the pain and what does it mean that there impacted.

Impacted means that the teeth are stuck in the bone or in the gums or a combination of the two.  Basically the teeth can be coming out somewhat straight but still stuck or it is going completely crooked and sideways.  There are various degrees of impaction.

It depends on the cause of the pain.  If there isn't any room for your wisdom teeth, it'd probably be best to remove them but you would need to discuss your specific case with the doctor.  If the area is swelling and a little painful, it may be what we call pericornitis in which there is food stuck around the wisdom tooth and its causing an irritation of the gums.  Try to clean the area out and rinse with some water to flush it out.  Take a pain medication that you would normally take for headaches and is safe for you.  I don't know your medical history so I don't know what drugs are okay for you to take.  Then make an appoinment to see your doctor.
