a bump underside of tip of tongue?

couple weeks ago i developed a little bump on the underside of my tongue a little below the tip of the tongue.
it disappeared and it has come back again.
it's been couple of weeks and it has recently shrunk a little but now has a bump on the surface of the skin and with a little white tip.. it looks like a saliva follicle kind of that you have under your tongue that give out saliva..
it isn't sore or anything but it is a bit bothersome when i am eating because it rubs up against my teeth.
