pain and sensitivity after filling on different tooth

pain and sensitivity after filling on different tooth

I had a cavity filled 6 days ago on the upper right - that filling is still sensitive to cold which I expected. But my big problem is the intense pain I am having in the teeth below the filling (bottom right side). About one and a half days after the cavity, I started having severe pain and cold sensitivity that seems to travel up and down my teeth and jaw on the lower right (the pain does stop in the middle of my mouth and does not proceed into the lower left side.) My right ear is also experiencing pain on and off. Two ibuprofen seem to help but only for about 4 hours. Do you think that somehow my lower jaw was irritated when the upper cavity was filled? Or is it just a coincidence? I did have a crown on the lower right about a year ago and a cavity filled in that area about 4 months ago. Thanks, Kris

I think the lower right is a separate problem and should be looked into asap.
