tooth ache

i went 2 my dentist over a month  ago nd he sed i need a fillin in my front top tooth, i ad no pain in my tooth nd coz im scared ov needles i went wiv out one wen he was fillin it in, it didnt hurt wile he was doin it so i was fine, soon after it started gettin sensitive wer i cudnt drink anything cold nd so on..the it started 2 throb nd hurt even if i touched it, i went bck he sed he cudnt see nowt wrong nd tuk an xray, nd sed everythings fine, he sed just use sum sensitive toothpaste for a wk nd *** bck, i shud ov gone bck this friday just gone but i was in hospital wiv my daughter, but im in so much pain its a joke, ok its not sensitive no more, but all im gettin now is shootin pains in my tooth nd all my gum around it..im in so much pain the only way it will go away is i i swish cold water around my mouth nd that only last for a few secons, but i cnt do that all day, painkillers arnt wrkin or stuff u put on ur tooth 2 numb it.. its ad me in tears i cried more wiv this then wen i was givin birth.. wat makes it worse is that ive never ad any sort ov tooth ache since i was born till last month wen he gav me a fillin :(
