Skin Rash

by KSharley, Feb 08, 2001 12:00AM
A couple of weeks ago my back started to itch.  During the past couple of days I developed red rash like areas on my back that itch.  The following day I had red spots on my hands, palms of my hands, feet, neck, and one spot on the top of my leg.  The only area that itches is my back.  What could possibly cause this?

I'm not sure if you're describing one thing, or a few.  Lots of people have itchy backs this time of year-dryness, cold, and so forth.  As for the rashy spots and red spots, those could be eczema, clogged pores, whatnot.  I'd moisturize, relax (nothing serious-sounding here), and have a doc check you out.

Best.
