Small Red Spots

by froozen, Sep 28, 2009 03:57PM
I recently became envolved with a woman, we had unprotected sex, just over 3 weeks later I noticed 4 or 5 very small (smaller than a freakle) flat red spots on the side of my penis shaft.  There were not raised, I could not feel them, did not itch or burn, no pain, other than being able to see them I wouldnt know they were there.  Then 3 days later the skin over and around those spots started to peel (after I picked at them a bit trying to feel if they were rasied, they were'nt) its dry skin, just like after a sunburn, I can rub/peel the loose flaks away.  I put a moisturing lotion on and everything looks normal, infact you really have to look hard to see where the red spots were. After I take a shower the dry peeling skins shows again.   Im worried this is the initial symptoms of HSV2.  or mabye a some other kind of infection.  I had been hunting for a week prior to noticing these spots were I didnt take a shower and my groin was hot and sweety most fo the time.

Herpes 2 doesn't come out slowly--it just comes out, and appears as a group of blisters.  if you caught it recently, you'd have fever and swollen glands too.  So I don't think you have it.  I suggest you leave the penis alone and show the rash to a doctor in person, so you'll know.

Thanks.
