Swollen eyes

I posted a question yesterday regarding what I thought was perioral dermamtitis...well I saw the Derm ( my regular one is away) and he did not think it was perioral dermatitis...he thought it was ezcema (eczema)/ contact dermatitis...so he put me on FML cream to be applied around my eyes/eyelids for up to a week...says I should see improvement in about 2 days,if not, he gave me a Medrol pack to start on Wed or Thurs if no improvement.

Does this sound ok...?? If it does not respond to the FML cream, and I start the Medrol by Wed will that clear it up by Saturday???

Again, none of this would be an issue if my regular Derm was around and if was not in  this wedding on Saturday....

Thanks again for your thoughts on this...

I think he's right, and that you should follow his advice.  I think it's likely to work in time for the wedding, and basically it's the best chance you have for that to happen.  Perioral dermatitis would take much longer, but fortunately that doesn't seem to be what you have.

Best.
