botoulism

I have applied honey in a pimple i've poked 'till it became a wound. I've read about botoulism bacteria being contained in honey, is there any risk of wound botoulism by this?

I doubt it.  But why poke a pimple with honey.  In fact, why poke it at all?  Try leaving it alone except for applying bacitracin or neosporin a couple of times a day, and letting it heal.
