I am wondering will this go away or will it develop into something bigger. Right now its just noticeable enough that if I look in the mirror I notice that there is a bump there.
Someone will have to look at this to be sure what it is. You may be describing a flech-colored moleBirthmarks - pigmented Gestational trophoblastic disease Hydatidiform mole Pth or perhpas a clogged pore. No specific cause brings such things on, though they aren't dangerous. I suggest you leave the bump alone--don't rub or pick at it--and show your doctor.
