microdermabrasion and minocycline

by dinda, Nov 08, 2002 12:00AM

I recently received minocycline for the treatment of acne in my back and getting microdermabrasion for my face, does this substances have a well compatibilities? fyi. I am taking 200 mg/day for two months

I also planning to get a laser treatment for my sun spots, is this safe.. or do you recommend hydroquinone better?

I don't see how minocycline would affect microdermbrasion one way or the other.

As for sun spots, hydrouinone is usually slow and only partly successful on all but the lightest sun spots.  You could try it first for a couple of months to see and then laser what's left, or else you could go right to laser.

Take care.
