pustular/cystic acne rosacea

I am a 57 year old woman and for the past 4 years have been getting small, flat, non itchy round dark pink/red dots on my nose both on top and also on the sides. They stay for 5 to 10 days, disappear for a while sometimes as long as 1 month then flare up again. Sometimes they get pus in them and sometimes they form a very sore deep cyst like lesion. These cysts last from one to two weeks.
I have been diagnosed with rosacea and perioral dermatitis.  Would either of these diseases cause this type of lesions? One doctor told me he thought I had seb. derm.  I do have an extremly oily face and hair but the rest of my body is dry. Kind of strange for a post menopausal woman don't you think?
Please help if you can. Thank you.

Seborrheic dermatitis ("seb derm") produces not pimples and pustules but greasy scales.  Perioral dermatitis, which is a form of rosacea, does seem more likely.  Simple treatment with external antibiotics is available.

Best.
