Bulimia - Swollen Lymph Nodes & Salivary Glands

I'm a 19 year old male with bulimia the past 2 years. I'm currently in the process of recovering (was up to bingeing/purging 6x/day, now down to once every other week), but the past 6 months have worried me.

Enlarged, swollen submandibular salivary glands, normal for a bulimic, I know. BUT, I've also started developing asymmetric swollen lymph nodes.

This started with a throat infection 6 months ago, largely due to purging while wisdom tooth was coming in, torn flesh everywhere, decent bacterial entry. Well, I got swollen lymph nodes on my neck, which is also normal; though, 6 months later, and that lymph node is still swollen, and is actually quite hard, but painless.

There are also swollen lymph nodes on the sides of my neck, one behind my right ear, and something small and hard developing right in front of my adams apple, about the size of a pinpoint. I also noticed a lump 2-3mm in diameter on the side of my chest, not quite in the armpit, but 2-4 inches from the nipple.

Otherwise, my health is actually quite well. I've had checkups done while bulimic, including blood tests, and everything seemed to check out perfectly. Walking 3-6 miles per day plus 3 days a week bodyweight training.

I'm pretty worried, at this point. I'm also in Europe right now (US citizen), and don't plan on returning to the states soon, and have not so much money to see a doctor. I AM covered by my insurance at home, but I have to pay up front and go through a lot of paperwork to get my money back.

Not exactly sure what to think at this point, whether the current issue is related to my eating disorder or not (constant pressure on the neck from purging is a possible cause?). Any direction is well appreciated.
