Hello,
There are a number of conditions which can cause loss of appetite in dogs. It could be a sign of significant illness, including cancer, various systemic infections, dental disease, pain, liver problems, and kidney  failure. Recent vaccination, travel and unfamiliar surroundings all can lead to loss of appetite. You should seek the opinion of a veterinarian to determine the cause of the problem. Do keep us posted.
Best luck and regards!
