23 year old sudden onset of crossed eye

I am 23 years old. Never have needed corrective measures done to my eyes. Perfect 20/20 vision. Friday morning i woke up and my left eye was crossed. It came uncrossed about three hours later but was fallowed by twitching. My eye has been twitching often for three days and my left eye goes crossed periodically threw out the day as well. I have had no head injuries, no new stress's, and I sleep 8 hours a night. Please help!

Could be spasm of the near reflex but in someone your age getting this for the first time, you need to see an ophthalmologist/eye MD right away.  Likely will need to do MRI of your head and brainstem.  Do not delay.  Call your Primary care doctor as well as you may need a referral depending on your insurance.
