hi when i having strabismus and lazy eye i had 2 surgery for strabismus the strabismus is gone but the eyes dont match the right eye see other vision and my left eye see other vision but the left eye its i seeing by it
and im asking if there surgery to cut the muscle and match the eye and open the eyeild because i have lazy eye and the eyeild little close and its covered by medicaid in NH???

I think all your problems can be addressed by a board-certified peditric ophthalmologist.  Sometimes, 2 or 3 surgeries are needed in order to get the best result.  You could have amblyopia, and this would make one eye permanantly worse than the other - so that is a problem you will need to deal with.
