Burning eyes

Hi

I have extreme eye burning, constant tiredness. When I focus I feel nauseous and when I close my eyes I also feel nauseous. I cant read for too long or watch TV for too long. If I do I feel sick.

Do I need to see an opthamologist or a physician.
