Dark bulge circle below eyes

Dear Sir,

I have a problem with my eyes. Every morning when i wake up i see dark bulge circles below my eyes, I see these circles, even if i had good enough sleep.

I used to drink alcohol, now i stopped. Basically i am a software professional, so most of the time i work with computer and i took good precautions also.

I never felt etching or irritation in my eyes. Please kindly suggest me how i can solve this problem,

This may be more of a cosmetic surgery type of question.  I suggest you find an oculoplastic surgeon (an ophthalmologist that specializes in eyelid surgery) and see what may be done.  Often these offices also have aestheticians or make up experts to also help.  Weight loss, dietary supplements, expecise and lifestyle modifications may also help.  Genetics unfortunately also play a large role however.
