Do I have a minor epicanthal fold?

and yes I have colored contacts in the photo, ignore that please.

So anyway, I am a mix of irish, german, welsh and native american. I am not asian, but I have this crease/fold in the corners of my eyes that extends downward and I have had them my entire life. Nobody I know has this, though my mother has it slightly, but its hardly noticeable on her. My question is, is this an epicanthal fold of some sort? If it's not, what is it?

It looks to be a prominent epicanthal fold, perhaps attributed toward your native american background.  I would not expect any other pathology to be associated with that finding.
