Eye alergy(allergy)

first  doctors thought it is eye dryness but i told them :yes i have eye dryness but i have also alergy (allergy) on sun light" whenever there is a sun in the sky it is starting to itch in the mornging only cold water helps me

You need to take allergy drops.  Your allergy is likely seasonal and not to the sun.  Lastacaft, Pataday, and Zaditor are all brand names that work well but you could ask your ophthalmologist for a recommendation some of which are available over the counter.
