Histo spots vs. Drusen

32 years old.  I recently had an OCT scan due to a bit of blurry slightly darkened central vision. I do have ocular histoplasmosis.  I was wondering if it is at all possible that drusen could resemble or be mistaken as histo spots?

I would recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD specializing in retina to determine the answer to your question.  The appearance of these usually differs although there can some similarities in color and location.
