How long at the outside does blurred vision last post trabeculectomy?

My vision now is blurred 3 weeks post trabeculectomy,  Much less clear than before.  What is the longest period of time you are aware that the blurred vision remains before clearing?

It depends on how the eye is doing.  Depending on the sitiuation it could be a short or a long time.  It just depends.  If everything went perfectly well with no problems, no irritation of cornea, no macular edema, no swelling then perhaps after 4 or 6 weeks, the vision might be getting back near normal. Understand the situation is so much more complex than you realize.  There are a dozen or more things that could be blurry your vision at this time.
