Wearing hard lenses after c3r

I've had a c3r done about 6 weeks ago for keratoconus,i have been wearing hard lenses before the c3r ,after the c3r i tried putting in the lenses again but after a while,i experienced alot of pain and my eyes were watering continuosly, i than stopped wearing it again,i would like to know is this normal after the c3r and should i start wearing the lenses again, can it be possible that the lense might damage my cornea or prevent it from stabilizing.Thanx

Stop trying to wear the contacts unless you get clearance to do so by the ophthalmologist that is doing the C3R treatment.
