White spots on the inside of my lower eyelid on left eye

Hello.

Recently, I've noticed that I have three white spots on the inside of my lower eyelid on my left eye. I don't know how long they've been there, but it's the first time I've seen them. They appear to look like tiny warts, but I'm not sure. I wear contacts and I'm wondering if they are the cause of this. The white spots don't bother me but I am concerned that they could get progressively worse if I don't do something about it soon.

1. What are they called?

2. Also, what are my possible treatment options?

These are called concretions and are normal. No treatment is necessary.
