eye pressure

Hi I have serious sinus problems.I actually had surgery a week ago because I have allergic fungal sinusitis in my right sinuses.I noticed a couple weeks before the surgery that my eyes were drier than usual esp my left eye and lots of pressure surrounding that eye.I told my ent and he said based on the ct scans i've had and the fact that he looked into my left sinuses during surgery that the problem didn't seem to be related to inflamed/infected sinuses.I tend to get migraines on the left side of my head as well.I had ct scan of brain as well and they didn't see anything.The pressure I have actually sometimes feels like its the whole left side of my face.It is very uncomfortable and sometimes triggers a migraine.Would ct scan of sinuses show a problem related to the eye such as growths or abnormalities of that nature? I just don't understaand how the right side was so bad and the surgery has been done but the pressure is on the opposite side of the problem??Any info??

You need a complete eye exam by an eye MD to make sure the eye is OK.  Find one at www.aao.org or ask your doctor to refer you to one.  Take a copy of your CT scan with you for the ophthalmologist to review as well please.
