eye pressure

since last 8 months i have eye pressure 24-25. when i start treatment eye drops travatan its was normal. then doctor told me to quit the drops. again after after 2 months i check its showing 24-25. doctos started xalatan. again normal but doctor told me to contuniue. this drops. i contuniue drops for one month chekup. stil its showing 22-24. again doctor give me optimol drops put in morning. xalatan in night. after one week its normal again.
i am getting worried due to his. doctor said my eye pressure in morning is little high at night its normal.
can u please give some tips to reduce this pressure.
soem time normal sometime high. they made my visual field tests its normal. my sye sight also normal.

There is nothing to reduce eye pressure that is clinically helpful. Exercise lowers pressure but not for long. Be sure you are under the care of an Eye MD ophthalmologist physician. You should not be under the care of a non-MD, non-physician optometrist.
