hard round bum on eye lashes

I have this slowly growing bump right by my right eye lashes that's not painful at all but been bothering me since everyone is asking me what it is. It looks like a blister but it doesn't have any liquid on it, its just hard skin. How do i get rid of it.

Please make an appointment with an ophthalmologist for evaluation and biopsy or excision or observation as determined by the doctor.
