left lower eye twitch

My left lower eye lid has been twitching for the past two weeks now especially when i yawn or when i move my hand over that area.My mum(she's a physician) prescribed Betnesol -N eyedrops & they have seemed to reduce but the thing is that it is very irritating. Could it be stress or an allergy? I'm asthmatic & i work with the marketing deparment in a Bank.Please help!

Use a search engine and look up "myokymia" that is the most common cause, benign, temporary, goes away in a few days or few weeks rarely few months. NOT the same as superior oblique myokymia.
