multiple eye conditions don't understand

Hi, I have had nystagmus and strabismus from birth. at school age i got diagnosed myopia. over the last few years I have developed  diplopia and have just found out I have macular dystrophy I'm not sure what type but my consultant thinks it's from birth although it was not made known to me at moorfields. I don't understand what is happening. my sight has deteriorated so much in the last few years that i can't adapt. I can't see close up or far away and can't make out any details also there is two of everything. It's getting to the point where i can just make out shapes and bright colours. my gradience is very poor also.  My consultant said there is nothing he can do and has no explanation for any of this. He specializes in squints in children. I am now 31!  I am also suffering from daily headaches and severe migraines which are also disabling. I feel like i've been written off and have no support as to what to do or how to see someone who deals with these conditions combined. can someone shed any light as to what is happening. I don't even know my eye test results or why i cant see 3D thanks in advance

Sounds like you have a lot of problems with your eyes.  You need to see a retina specialist that deals with macular dystrophies.  These are usually at academic centers with ophthalmology residency programs. You should also see a neurologist for the headaches to make sure there isn't anything else going on.
