Excessive Burping

I have suffered from excessive unnecessary burping for almost a year, i tried all kind of medicines & food diet, nothing worked. However, the moment i placed a pillow under my mattress & 2 pillows under my head, my condition have almost disappeared. i feel with you & i just wanted to help as i know how such condition can be annoying.   Thanks for sharing what worked for u.

Many have been helped by elevating the head of the bed....gravity is a wonder worker in keeping acids down where they belong.
