laryngopharyngeal reflux

3 days ago i have strange symtoms (symptoms) besideslaryngopharyngeal relux. i started to cough very badly which is not LPR symtoms (symptoms).i hurt my throat so much esp at night .it s like a rock gets stucked at my throat and it s pain 10 on 10.at the same time i can't swollow food or my saliva.too pain to do that.its like sinussitis came back to me-- with thick mucus and running nose and one-sided headache.this is the 3rd day now and the symtoms (symptoms) gets worse repidly.now i cough till my chest pain mainly.i ty to drink warm water and ginger tea.but it doesn't help.i started using flemmex(mucolytic agent and expectorant)today.can anyone tell me what i have?anyone has the same symtoms (symptoms) as mine? plz help me.i'm so torture
