Lymph Node in the gastrohepatic ligament

I had Colon mets Liver 2005, had 2 resection Liver & Colon. did 10 sessions of chemo with avastin+ zeloda+ CPT11.
Very successful all tumors gone ! Thanks GOD!  i go for MRI every 3 months and alllblood tests.
I look health and fell health ...... BUT..... my MRI last week result show a : Prominent lymph node in the gastrohepatic ligament measuring 1.3 cm.I'm very concern. Have a MRI schedule in 6 weeks. ( allergic to Ct die) how serious is it? it say metastases can not be ruled out..... is surgery an option for lymph node? Esperanca in Toronto
