Abdomen Pain

I have had pain in my abdomen for several years. It originally started 7 years ago and the pain was just in the middle of my abdomen. Over the years and after several major surgeries my pain is now covering my whole entire abdomen. I have had just about every test the doctors and specialists can put before me. They have absolutely no idea what is causing this extreme pain. It had progressed to being so bad that it hurts when I cough, it hurts and I have difficulity urinating, I cannot sleep on my back at all, etc. The pain is almost there 24/7. Has anyone else had or have anything similar to my symptoms? I cannot stand living like this...
