Abdominal Pain When Walking

I am experiencing abdominal pain just down from my sternum while walking. I feel it when I step on my right foot, but it is MUCH stronger when I step on my left foot. The best way I can describe the pain is a short pulsing vibration. Does anyone have ideas of what could be causing this? Should I be concerned or should I just wait and see if it goes away?

I get that when i walk sometimes too, it feels like someone is shoving a knife in your stomach, its basically spasms going on in your stomach. I have IBS so thats what i blame it on, so maybe you should go get it checked out by your family doctor
