Abdominal pain right side more intense than pain on left side.

I am having fairly intense pain in my abdomen on the right side with less pain occurring on the left side.The pain increases when I walk. It started yesterday, I have no fever but do feel nauseous.

Where is the pain located , is it under your ribs on the right ,radiating up into the back? If so it may be gall bladder attack, ask for a hida scan ...low fat diet is best dont eat late, lemon juice may help ease it ...look up diet for gall bladder problems it will give a list of foods that trigger an attack and foods you can eat, beets are good food .
