Bizzarre Smell with Faeces

Bizzarre Smell with Faeces

This is going to sound absolutely bonkers. I have IBS, Diverticulitis and Gastric Reflux. I also have a sugar and wheat intolerance.

For dinner, I used to treat myself very occasionally to some ordinary beef lasagne. However, after a few hours had passed, I used to have to really rush to the toilet for a bowel movement. Not unusal for me after eating except it was really awful smelling. Not "like" or "similar to" cat pee but the definite smell of cat pee.

Well, I stopped eating that completely after it happened several times and I was too embarrased to ask my Doctor about it. I have never heard of this before. I do not have this problem if I eat just normal minced beef or other red meat. I do not get this problem if I eat bread/pasta or pastry for the very occasional treat.

Was out for dinner at a friends house last night and guess what - Lasagne ! It was great I and really enjoyed it. But 3 hours later at home, very urgently need a bowel movement and yes, it was absolutely sticking of cat pee.  Very disgusting.

Can anyone explain this for me ?  I am far too embarrased to ask my family Doctor about this. It sounds crazy but this is not a joke and I am a bit worried about the cause of this.
