Blood in Stool, Cramp and Gas

Hi, I have been experiencing problem with bowel movements for while now. when I’m having a bowel movement the first movement comes out OK, the last part comes with blood and at that time I get a lot of cramp and feeling that I need to go more but during that time only Gas is passed and bright Red blood.
I had a colonoscopy done two years ago when I went to a doctor with the same condition; the doctor said I don’t have anything abnormal, he suggested I should take more fiber.
I started taking more fiber in my diet the condition was relived. Now that I don’t take more fiber, the condition is making me very uncomfortable and puzzled. I am 31 years old Male.
I appreciate any help.

If the doc mentioned the presence of hemorrhoids, the blood could be coming from that. However, since it's been 2 years since you had this checked out, you may want to consult the doc and find out if you DO have hemorrhoids or a fissure, or something else. Blood is not normal, as you know.
