If the doc mentioned the presence of hemorrhoids, the blood could be coming from that. However, since it's been 2 years since you had this checked out, you may want to consult the doc and find out if you DO have hemorrhoids or a fissureAnal fissure, or something else. Blood is not normalNormal saline flush, as you know.
