Calcified Granuloma near Porta-USG

by jaimasand, Dec 11, 2008 09:24AM
i had a history of appendectomy in 87 ,and later on in May 2007 was operated for Acalculous Cholecystitis .
The problems continued .
Small bowel followthrough should filling defect at Ileocecal Valve .I always get max pain during /before bowel
movement ,always in ascending colon and near Hepatic Flexure .

Went for a general USG of Abdomen .He says no abnormality ,but has mentioned Tiny Calcified Granuloma
near Porta .Is this serious ?

Apart from this there is Fatigue ,muscle pain and Vit b12 injection helps .Some weight loss is also there .

Could this be Tuberculosis ?
