Chronic post-cholecystectomy pain w/dilated common bile duct

. That means that no doctor will perform another ERCP to help my diagnosis.
I have to go to a pain management specialist and unfortunately rely on very strong opiods to keep my pain minimal. Even still, I do get breakthrough pain occassionally.
Recently I had a HIDAscan which showed that my CBD was significantly dilated, but my liver function tests always come back normal.
I'm hoping for anybody else that has suffered similar problems associated with Post Cholecystomy Syndrome or for any doctors that may have an idea of what may be causing such severe pain, to reply to my post with any suggestions as to what I can suggest to my doctor or do for myself. It is impossible to work and live in this pain. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions as any help/advice I can get is wonderful.
