Discomfort in just about entire colon

My issue is not severe pain, but more discomfort.  Thought sometimes it could be a little painful...  I feel it mostly on my left side below my ribs (I guess you would call it splenic flecture) and sometimes on the same part but on the right (Hepatic flexure).  Also, I feel discomfort, though slightly less on the bottom right and left.  It is there 2/47 with no change.  Doesn't get better or worse with anything.  Food, exercise, nothing changes it.  It's been going on for almost 5 months now.

I went to Dr and they did CT scan and said diverticulitis (very minor).  Did colonoscopy and he said he didnt see any diverticulitis or anything else and told me to test again at age 50.  Also did pancreas tests.  Normal.  did ultrasound of all major organs and came back normal.  And yet it doesn't get better!!  Anyone have any ideas??
